Electric actuator, manual control is achieved by hand swinging, the handwheel is directly meshed with the worm through the spur gear, effectively preventing damage to the manual actuator during manual operation. All series of handwheels are side-mounted, which is very convenient for manual operation.
After starting, the torque can quickly reach the peak value. Built-in thermal protection and accurate temperature detection device prevent the motor from burning and ensure that the motor can maximize its efficiency.
It is an independent terminal block structure and adopts O-type gasket and V-type gasket double sealing structure, wide wiring space, and all terminals can be easily wired on site.
The thrust unit consists of a thrust bearing and two bushings. The threaded bushing is used for multi-turn valves, and the keyed bushing on the inner wall is used for part turn valves. The bushing is a detachable structure for easy installation.
The handwheel of all series of electric actuators is side-mounted for manual operation.
